Flashman was a project instigated by Steve Alexander, Duran Duran's session drummer, which I picked up via Kukusi, a friend of mine. They art directed, I went architecture crazy. The concept was of a sprawling Metropolis, reminiscent of the future cities such as Judge Dredds Mega City, Fritz Lang's Metropolis and Blade Runner. The city was built in Lightwave and comped together in photoshop, as well as being run through a photocopier and fax machine quite a few times. I'm really proud of this, we almost gave up so many times but pushed on through... for the better.
